Do You Have a High Intensity Durability?

In the course of this season, i'm going to train probably, you know, anywhere from 300 to 600 times. Even i a 55 year old age group swifter, i'll end up training maybe over 300 times this year. It also tells me that pretty much, i can be pretty darned confident that there's not going to be any one epic workout that is going to define my fitness in in the forest of 300 stimula.
