Heracles and the Lion
Heracles chased the Nemean lion up a hill and into a cave. He could feel a breeze coming from inside, which meant there was another way in somewhere. So Heracles blocked the mouth of the cave with rocks and boulders. The great beast thrashed and writhed and roared, but he could not escape Heracles' arms around his neck. Using only his bare hands and his strength, the mighty Heracles finally subdued the Nemean Lion without ever piercing.
