She was seen at the funeral, but it was really a year or so. It was 2012 before she seems to have been put into an important job. She still holds in a department of the North Korean government called the Propaganda and Agitation Department. In recent years, state media has referred to her as a central party cadre indicating her tightening grip on power. Richard Quest: Some people see her hand in that because she has ever since been someone who has a very sharp tongue.
