Leadership Skills - What Are Your Capabilities?

As a leader, you go first. You set the example. If done right, others will follow suit and you don't really even need to tell them what to do because of who you are as a person. I value my time because I recognize I have a unique set of capabilities and they are needed and useful. To waste my time with results in reducing my output and leadership skills is not worth it.
