The reason his companies are successful is because yes, he hires good people. Like you cannot find another company like SpaceX where you have five to seven thousand young, incredibly intelligent, driven people and they do all buy into this mission. I mean, aerospace had become a boring industry that had not changed in decades. And so it is a totally different approach. It's the insurgent mentality that's saved the world mentality is motivating these people. These guys look and again, for some people, Mars is a zapstra concept. They don't care. If not that, they want to be sending up rockets.
