The HU family and their legal team felt like there was no way that she could have just walked off campus without one of the security cameras catching it or even without a witness. They believed that the security tapes from the school had been edited, they were already upset because the camera situation at the school was bizarre. This school had over 100 cameras but only six family hosts. And those cameras stopped recording due to a glitch. After he was seen walking out of the dorm and into the park where there's no security cameras, the cameras stop recording and they don't start recording until around 1 a.m. the next morning.
