In terms of the repeated bout effect, largely, it seems to refer to the first workout, the second workout. The changes that occur in those workouts are very, very tiny. It's a really huge change from workout one to workout two, and then very tiny changes thereafter. And just finally, on this point, there are a couple of studies out there that have looked at post-workout fatigue and trained lifters, and it is pretty substantial. Even in extremely well-trained, my powerlifting athletes, we do see meaningful amounts of kind of post- workout fatigue.
