Engaging End Users to Contribute to the Knowledge Base
It's a big part of what we do is actively engage and encourage end users to contribute to the wider knowledge base. You really want to try and close the gap between your worst agents and your best agents. Let's have a big award ceremony every quarter to celebrate those that have left the best feedback or nuggets of information, that kind of thing. And they do give you great ideas for great content and actively encourage that culture of knowledge sharing.
