The IBD paper was really a whole screener for Bill O'Neill. He designed the whole thing to help him keep track on all these stocks that were slowly being accumulated. The stock tables are not alphabetical order, they're based on which sector is leading the market. Half of its performance is related to the strength of the underlying industry group and the sector too.
