The Importance of Studying at Lincoln University
Tui had always been interested in the outdoors and horticulture at high school. She wanted to fly over to Australia to work in the wine industry particularly to take part in a great harvest. Her mum however stepped in and Tui said they had quite a robust conversation about her future with her mum encouraging her to settle into some study instead. The reality that she wasn't going to have that overseas harvest experience was a tough pill to swallow but because mums are often right about these sorts of things Tui found a course that she could study at Lincoln University which is a 25 minute drive from her mum's home in Christchurch.
