How Do You Stay Competitive With a Saturated Market

You mentioned earlier about how you want to avoid finding saturated markets. As more dealers are coming into thi space, how do you make sure that you remain competitive? In my specific case, one of the most pivotal things i did to to differentiate my star after it became very, very saturated, was to deliberately go after just one specific demographic who may use or may want a nebike. But by doing that, i found that it was a lot easier to talk on a deeper level to one demographic than trying to be everything to everybody.
