How Do You Approach the Welfare of Teachers?

The school will open in fall of 2019. It has a wellness fund that supports anything you consider to be wellness with a caveat of no tobacco, alcohol or travel. Teachers are paid higher than almost anyone else in the state,. But I think then anyone else in Michigan is the goal. We work really hard to retain teachers and have a pretty good luck at it.
