How to Build a Good Search Engine
The product is still taking shape. You are trying to figure out what's useful, what's not. A lot of it for us was that when we were talking to customers, is this something you need? Should we build this? Does this model work for you? Can we connect to this tool? Do you think it's useful? And so on and so forth. I think the higher level problems are somewhat easier in our case, but really getting down to the weeds is what making a good search engine is all about.
