Music XML - I've Had It Write a VST Software Plug-In
I've seen other people try things with ABC notation which is another text-based format that's kind of a popular thing on the web in certain genres. Maybe I should have asked it to to generate some Billy Pond instructions or something but there's probably a way that you could do it. There's not that much source material that it can learn from that is music XML along with annotations explaining what's going on in the music XML.
