The Limits of Time Travel

Imagine you're creating multiple universes, right? They're just popping up and they still might have rules to them. All of moments in times exist, which actually would in theory also allow, allow for time travel. So then if we're applying the block theory to interstellar then in the block theory model, there's continuity, but there's not cause. Because everything is all at once.
