A radioactive element called strontium 90 is a major byproduct of nuclear fission. Strontium 90 ends up in bones bone marrow and teeth By the late 1950s, housewives in Missouri were handing over their children's teeth for tests. The minerals in his tooth will almost certainly show that he's been exposed to fall out from nuclear weapons testing.
