The Rental Market Is Not in a Good State Right Now
The rental market is not in a good state right now from a tenant's point of view and that's not a good thing for anyone. It seems like it's not going to continue to be this extreme but it is going to settle down to a level where you've got steadily rising rents, plenty of choice and improving yields.
