The Hirth Act and the McKinney Vento Act
The McKinney Vento was the first act that provided homeless resources to go into the communities. The Hirth Act really gave us a lot more flexible funding. A lot changed bureaucratically and it's like, I think, and Anna knows that I was entering into this from the outside too so I've complained to about all the acronyms and other things that's like learning in a foreign language. Michael: One of the themes that's running through our callers is disability in general, and mental health in particular. Can you just talk about what we're seeing in your work?
