In America, this has no bad meaning. It just is peace. Or originally it was V for victory. Right? In Japan, it's like a peace sign. They do this little sign when they take pictures a lot. Two fingers up. Now in England, if you reverse it, right? That's what the hand facing out,. The inside of the hand is facing towards other people.
