Is There Any Pharmacologic Treatment for Vaso Spasms?
There have been many things that have been evaluated for the prevention of vaso spasms, and most, if not all, have falled. Most centres don't use triple um as a propalactic mechanism any more. We simply disallow the patients bold pressures to basically do whatever it wants. And then we'll keep the patient euvolemic, so we don't make them hyper volemic any more.
