He chose his grandpa to barf onto which is the difference like a therapist would feel like they were chosen by their parents and so also I think you'd have to do a lot of work to remind him or like reiterate to him like confidentiality. "I'm not going to share anything with your parents that you don't know about already if this is something that you're experiencing I have to tell them but you'll know that I have toTell them" he says.
