Practicing Mindfulness of the Four Elements

To be aware of air, we an practise awareness of breathing by paying attention to the breath in and out. Tichton han recommends that we do this by counting breaths from one to ten, and then he says backwards, from ten to one. In ten just callto contemplating a phrase till it changes your body and your heart. It's really a nice practice to just use those words, specially if your mind is agitated. And it's very interesting how words can do that.
