How to Capture Calm Behavior in Dogs

Izzy: What are your thoughts on capturing calmness? I tend to just deliver food usually right between my dog's front paws in the rear situations that I'm trying to capture calm behavior. Lauren: Should I still take her in the car for decompression walks despite her fear being present while driving or wait until her car fear has subsided before doing decompression walks?
