She said, i know what's probably putting you off. To put some one off is like make you not want to do it,. Er, for example, yes, you should go to thejim and keep fit, yert but you know, the thing that's putting me off is that it's very hard work. A star jump is when you jump up and you eryo. And these are called star jumps. Very good for you, apparently.
