In the past, we scratched our heads and thought, how this guy make them? Well, of course, that's why, because he looks really good. But down and in, it was a dumpster fire within whatever unit that person was needing. The fires were intersecting. They'd like, ooh, there's an issue here with this person in their leadership style. And it was, you know, what you, they call it counterproductive leadership now, but it was toxic.
