The Power of the Pause
Our body is grumpy at us and sending out signals of alert. We're filling it with food that we wouldn't normally choose, but we didn't give it the fuel it needed during the day. So where are you taking care of yourself? Elsewhere, so that you're not feeling like you need to treat yourself after work or whatever. This is a way that the pause matters. Building the pause muscle in your brain makes a really big difference in how you live your life.
