I think about location or just in choosing a short term right on altogether, a lot of people make emotional decisions when they're thinking about this because they think about where do I want to go vacation. And that's certainly okay in the lifestyle asset side of it but I definitely encourage people to more look at it as more of an investment. How can I find the best cash flowing property out there that will generate cash flow, it'll have an appreciating asset and then every year I can go to vacation in a different location.
