ke: One of the clichets that i always got told as a trainee was that the most you learn is your first six months to a year coming out of ing am and sto ted. Andso i thought, well, if if that's true, why don't we talk about it and talk about ways that people can't kind of set themselves up? steve: I think that this'll be a really good opportunity to discuss those things. We very often, you know, people will com in to say, well,  that planning and mentorship and, well, nhis thought process stops as trainees.
