Why Is PG&E Keeping the Fire Risk in Northern California?

The CPUC kept debating the fire risk in Northern California. Pete, I mean at this point they're just like a mob boss who just like wants someone's killed that gives the widow like a handful of bucks for the funeral. When you live in a society that only values money, they're going to go the route where what... It is cheaper to have these explosions and pay them off after the fact then to make these changes.
