The Importance of Higher Education
I was the first person in my family to go to university. And I benefited, usually, from there being a state system to pay for. Since introduction of student loans and fees, participation rate to disadvantaged students has gone up. But still, I think we should charge lower prices to poor people. To have... Let's go after the French again. You go to the École Polité technique and you pay not a dime and everyone pays not a dime. And it's the upper class. So look, here's my point about our topic that fits into this. Every provision is dangerous, often inefficient, often unfair.
