Are You Religious or Spiritual?

My definition of religion is that i try to give myself over to and up to something higher. But my version of religion does not mean being in an organized, structured religion. To me, you are religious because you are now following a teaching which has been passed on down a series of generations. So that's why i would call myself religious. If someone is spiritual, i think that's cool. I think that's great. That's how i defined myself for years.
