Is Lake Kiwu at Risk of a Massive Desaturation Event?

lake kiwu has the same physical properties as lake nyos. It's settled now there are millions of people that live on the banks of it. There is a company that generates power from the methane and they separate out the methane from the water like just straight up from the water in the lake. They generate power using the methane but my question is wow is lake k Kiwu at risk of having a massive desaturation event so to speak basically the lake burping? And this time methane again and this time it could kill millions of people in rewanda  i don't know i don't know the answer but i know that i'm concerned about it"
