The AI will be able to take actions out in the world, and you won't be able to control it. Then there's the other very real problem, which is that people, Americans in particular, are just conspiracy-minded suckers who love lies. And I think we should be appropriately afraid of lying. It's like we're turning up the volume on something that we're already afraid of. That's where I keep coming back to: This stuff will replace my job.
