The First Postmaster of Quebec
Hugh Finley is not the first postmaster of Quebec after the British conquer. Historians think the first, you know, postmaster was actually a Portuguese settler in Quebec called Pedro. Joseph Liduke has been in Canada for almost 30 years but still only owns one acre. So he was there for 30 years never sent a letter. He hit him under a bushel and reaped where he did not so.
