Stress Hormones - How to Manage Stress in the Body

During a fight, stress hormones are elicited to increase heart rate and dilate the bronchials in the lungs. The intense exercise coupled with that stressful response also releases other chemicals like testasterone which rebuild muscle stronger. And so you think about these stressful responses, you want them to be short lived and intense. If you'r fasting, you don't want it really to go past a day or two. Same goes for food. Having a 500 calory deficit would be relatively stressful for the body.
