Is Your True Goal, Right?

If you're overweight, it would certainly be healthy to lose some weight. As you get healthier, your weight on the scale should drop. But if that becomes the goal, the actual thing, that is what you're after,. Say, a hundred, 90 pounds. The way you pursue that changes and can result in some bad result, is right? Yes. So you could starve yourself, you could get a parasite. You'd be very unhealthy, yes, very unhealthy. I yet so realizing that with my goals.
