How LLMs Can Accelerate AGI
I'm more interested personally right now in hybrid systems that put together neural net, symbolic logic systems and evolutionary learning systems. And I think this symbolic aspect has a capability for abstraction. We don't see in current neural nets. So if you can basically use LLMs to translate the whole web into structured logical statements, then you may have something with the same scope of knowledge as an LLM but much less susceptible to hallucination and bullshit because it can do inductive, deductive, and abductive reasoning.
