Mood Making in Vedic Meditation

Mood making is where we are attempting to fake it till we make it. What we like to do from the vedic perspective is to take note of the sensations that are in the body. By letting our awareness go to body sensations, we are settling our awareness into what our body is asking us to do. Ja grited dave: If you've not yet had a chance to learn vedic meditation, please look into that as soon as possible. And there's a much more specific technique of doing this which you can learn from any qualified teacher, evading meditation.
