Heterogeneity in the Study of Hemorrhage
One aspect is just sort of lumping now that's harrd because most of us would do that if we knew that the sample size was going to be low. So it's a balance between being heterogeneous in your population, but also having a reasonable sample size to where you can actually show at what you wanted to show. Sometimes the inpoints were not exactly as clinically applicable as you would watt. Or maybe they were so er looking at mortality, for example, with with a manatall versus hyprotonic salient study. Now we know that's probably not the best enpoint to look at.
