The Importance of Resilience in Change
There is lots of good ideas out there, but it's actually executing it, which is the difficulty. We've experienced that in some of my programs as well in North Central London. So we have an idea, everyone agrees it's a great idea, but no one's got the resource or the head space to do it. For example, the North Central London collaborative bank took 18 months, nearly two years to get off the ground because it was very complex and hard work.
