I was vegetarian early growing up and so I was eating, you know, actually pescatarian. And I think my body knew inherently you need to go outside and eat some dirt. So anything mineral based on or moving into a really kind of depleted area, the soil is depleted. Our food is depleted. Where can we find these mineral rich sources?
