What Is a Value Trap?
A value trap is when an investor's drawn in by a low valuation. You will pick out companies which are on the way down and may not make it back up. This is one of the reasons why I bought US banking stocks after they crashed. But where you've got to be careful about are sectors and companies which won't actually fix the problem ever.
