How to Build a Customer Experience
I was a solo founder. It's one of those experiences that i absolutely enjoyed. I scaled it to a point, but ended up sort of facing a funding crisis at some point. But i wouldn't trade it for a minute. You often talk about learning by doing and this was the way i learned to build product. So cherish it a ton, but didn't necessarily succeed there.
