How to Set a Power Target for a Distance Race

In the ideal world, if you're going out for a straight road race, yes, you know, even effort, even power, a simple, simple number target to aim for it is simple and easy for you to understand. Most athletes still find in my, in my experience that they had slowed down much more on the appeals than they are used to because they're used to running way harder. And I also prescribe to my athletes that use power, the same similar advice as Chris Hague with allowing yourself to go a bit harder on the appeals, but keeping it controlled. Well, we'll add a link.
