The Advantages and Disadvantages of the Accelerated Permanent Portfolio
The leveraged golden ratio portfolio had about the same performance as the 6040 portfolio did last year. The accelerated permanent portfolio is more diversified and has a substantial portion of gold in it compared to that aggressive 5050 portfolio. And we learned that if you started in the second half of 2021, that was a really bad time to start a portfolio experiment given what was about to happen in 2022.
