Time Dilated

There was a documentary about people who jumped off the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge in order to end their life, suicide jumpers. They said that as they were falling, time dilated. The ego death is one of the most important, fundamental and instructive principles of psychoanalysis. Very often those who take their lives in a position of turmoil and agony, they don't actually want to end their entire world.
