ISIS's Speech - Is There Liability Under Section 230?
The federal government was basically on the plaintiff side in this case. The justices don't seem to think that section 230 allows suits when a point of argue is that an algorithm queued up a next video or recommended a next video. And it also includes the justices who because of their conservative grievance complex against big tech and really against the world seemed like they would also be kind of natural allies for the plaintiffs.
