Is There a Balance Between Slowness and Persistence?
I think one of the biggest things I see frustration in people is they come into an organization with grand ideas about how things should be different and get frustrated when they don't change right away. You know, big organizations change very slowly. So you've got to have that kind of patience for long glacial change. It's not necessarily because it's the best way, but it's usually because of a variety of factors and obstacles that are there even if you wish they weren't.
