Professor Bloch says a lot of that land was not owned and it was swamped. The idea that 5% ownership entitles you to 78% because everything else just becomes embedded is completely untenable, he says. And so what he's saying is that the fact that some land is useless or swamps or not homestead, how does that invalidate the property claims of the other people? It doesn't matter if you're even talking about one person who gets kicked out of their house and denied their right to return to their house. That is a violation of their property. Without that, Israel would not have had political Zionism.
