I think we've driven down costs relentlessly, especially since auction-type processes were introduced. But I believe in many cases, governments have tried to go too far and drive down that cost. We're going to get into a situation where the supply chain is not ready for the amount of expenses that we're going to have. So why not just have a more predictable method for licensing the sea bed? And the second one is to stop looking at auctions just on a price only basis and try to drive down the price to the minimum.
